Good points: Very quiet machine with a good range of programmes, fairly simple to use.
Bad points: Some of the WD865a programmes are very long, particularly drying, though with a washer dryer you expect that, bit of a nuisance that you can't open the door mid way through a cycle, understandable when you're washing but when drying you can't find out if your clothes are dry. Overall I love it!.

Good points: I found the WD865a programmes easy to use and there were a good selection to choose from all of which I found gave a very satisfacory wash. The dryer on the WD865a is excellent and it is nice to have a selection of drying finishes such as iron dry/hanger dry/cupboard dry as I prefer to dry some of my clothes completely but others I prefer to have so I can iron them dry. The machine is also nice and quiet with a beeping signal to let you know when it is finished if you are not in the room.
Bad points: I really havn't found any bad points up to now. I would certainly recommend this machine especially if you have a family and need to get through lots of washing.

Good points: Very quite, very flexible programs, excellant wash results.
Bad points: The WD865a is relatively expensive An excellant machine that is Made in Britain.
